Rules

• 1. This is a postal match for TRUE MOUSE GUNS (guns that weigh less than 16 ounces empty, and which are pocket-size). For example: the Glock 26 is just a bit too heavy and too large.
• 2. You may use a target of your choice.
• 3. You must shoot at a distance of at least 7 yards from your target.
• 4. You don't need a witness -- we are on the honor system.
• 5. You may warm up as long as you like, prior to shooting your sets.
• 6. You must then shoot ONLY three sets in a row of 5 shots per set. Each of the three sets must be on a separate target (so you will need three targets).
• 7. Mail me the target with your best 5 shot group.
• 8. On the target you should include your name, mailing address and email address. Also you must identify the maker and model of gun you used, with a description of your ammo. Also include the date and time you shot.
• 9. Along with your target you must include a single $1.00 bill to help me with my expenses.
• 10. All participants agree to honor my decisions as final. You must also agree that if you or someone else gets hurt accidentally while participating in this match that you bear full personal responsibility, and that www.mouseguns.com and myself personally will NOT be held liable in any way whatsoever. You must also agree to accept my decision as to whether or not your gun is a true mouse gun. I will be using Bobo's guide as my authoritative resource.

You must print out this entire web page, and write "I agree" on it, and sign your name. Include the signed web page along with your target.

I will post a list of the names of all participants on the www.mouseguns.com website. If you prefer me to post a nom de plume instead of your real name, just let me know on your target.

I will be offering four prizes this year, all of them books: Unintended Consequences by John Ross, Molon Labe by Boston T. Party, Enemies Foreign and Domestic by Matthew Bracken, and Boston's Gun Bible. If your target is one of the top four, you not only get a book, but you get all the glory of having your results posted on www.mouseguns.com! If your target is not one of the top four, you don't get any prize at all, but your name or nom de plume will be listed on the Mouseguns.com website. (Sorry!)

If so many people decide to participate that I have excess $1.00 bills, I will put that money toward the cost of maintaining the Mouseguns.com website.

DEADLINE: The First Annual Mouseguns.com Postal Match begins IMMEDIATELY (July 12, 2006), and the deadline for receiving your target in the mail is September 1, 2006. I will post results and winners within one or two weeks after that date.
